DS28E50 DeepCover Secure SHA-3 Authenticator
with ChipDNA PUF Protection

The DS28E50 secure authenticator combines FIPS202-compliant secure hash algorithm (SHA-3) challenge and response authentication with Maxim’s patented ChipDNA™ technology, a physically unclonable function (PUF) to provide a cost-effective solution with the ultimate protection against security attacks. The DS28E50 communicates over the single-contact 1-Wire® bus at both standard and overdrive speeds. The communication follows the 1-Wire protocol with the ROM ID acting as node address in the case of a multidevice 1-Wire network.

MAX28200 16-Bit Microcontroller
with ADC and I²C

The MAX28200 is a low-power, 16-bit MAXQ® microcontroller (µC) designed for low-power applications, including smart phones and consumer electronics. The device combines a powerful 16-bit RISC microcontroller with a 10-bit, 93.75ksps ADC along with an I²C communications port. The device includes four GPIO pins, 16KB of flash memory and 2KB of data SRAM, ROM space includes macros such as an I²C bootloader to enable flash memory firmware updates in the field. The device provides NIST SP 800-185 compliant secure hash algorithm (SHA-3) KMAC challenge and response authentication and can be paired with other SHA-3 devices.

MAX20034 High-Efficiency 2.2MHz, 36V, Dual Buck Controller with 17µA Quiescent Current

The MAX20034 is an automotive 2.2MHz, dual synchronous step-down controller IC that provides two high-voltage, synchronous step-down controllers that operate 180° out-of-phase. The IC’s step-down controller operates at up to 2.2MHz frequency to allow small external components, reduced output ripple, and to guarantee no AM band interference. The switching frequency is resistor adjustable (220kHz to 2.2MHz). FSYNC input programmability enables three frequency modes for optimized performance. The IC also provides a SYNC output and factory-programmable spread-spectrum option for frequency modulation to minimize EMI interference.

MAX20098 Versatile 36V 2.2MHz Buck Controller with 3.5µA IQ

The MAX20098 is an automotive 2.2MHz synchronous step-down controller IC with 3.5µA IQ. This IC operates with an input-voltage supply from 3.5V to 42V and can operate in dropout condition by running at 99% duty cycle. The IC’s step-down controller operates at up to 2.2MHz frequency to allow small external components, reduced output ripple, and to guarantee no AM band interference. The switching frequency is resistor adjustable (220kHz to 2.2MHz). FSYNC input programmability enables three frequency modes for optimized performance. MAX40016 4-Decade Current Sense Amplifier with Integrated Current Sense Element

The MAX40016 is a very wide range current sense amplifier (CSA) with internal sense element that senses from less than 300µA to greater than 3A current range. The 4-decade sensed current functions with 1% (typical) gain error and offers three, multiplexed programmable output ranges in order to interface with 12-bit ADCs.
